These Terms govern your use of globalcommunicationlink.com and our online education services (“Services”). By creating an account, enrolling, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
We provide online classes, courses, tutoring, and educational materials. We may update content, schedules, or features at any time to improve quality or comply with law.
2) Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
If you enroll a minor, you confirm you are their parent/guardian and responsible for the account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or misuse.
3) Pricing, payments & taxes
Prices are shown before checkout and may change from time to time.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. By paying, you agree to their terms.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4) Scheduling, attendance & rescheduling
Class times are shown at booking.
If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Late cancellations may be charged.
For group courses, schedule changes are limited; recordings/materials may be provided where available.
5) Cancellations & your right to change your mind (UK consumers)
If you purchase as a UK consumer, you usually have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Services: If you ask us to start within the 14-day period, you acknowledge you may lose your right to cancel once the service is fully performed, and we may deduct a pro-rata amount for services provided up to cancellation.
Digital content (e.g., downloads): If you consent to immediate access, you lose the right to cancel once access starts.

6) Content & intellectual property
All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by GCL or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for your personal learning. You may not copy, share, resell, or make derivative works without written permission.
7) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Disrupt classes, bypass security, scrape, or reverse engineer.
Share your account or access with others.
8) Certificates & outcomes
Where offered, certificates confirm completion but do not constitute formal accreditation unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, grades, or employment results.
9) Third-party tools & links
We may use third-party platforms (e.g., video conferencing, LMS, payment gateways). Your use of those tools may be subject to their terms.
10) Liability
We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
Our total liability for any loss arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or business.
11) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
12) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
