Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective date: 11 August 2025

This policy explains cancellations, returns (where applicable), and refunds for purchases from GLOBAL COMMUNICATION LINK LTD.

Because we provide services and digital educational content, physical “returns” do not apply. Your rights differ for services vs. digital content and depend on when you cancel.

1) Your 14-day right to cancel (UK consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase as a UK consumer you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel without giving a reason.

Services (live classes, tutoring, course delivery)

  • If you request we start services within the 14 days, you agree we can begin.

  • If you cancel during the cooling-off period, we will refund you minus a pro-rata amount for services already provided.

  • If the service is fully performed within the cooling-off period, you lose the right to cancel and no refund is due.

Digital content (downloads, recordings, locked materials)

  • If you consent to immediate access, you lose the right to cancel once access starts.

  • If you do not consent to immediate access and access has not started, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

2) Our goodwill policy (beyond 14 days)

We aim to be fair. Outside the legal cooling-off period:

  • Group courses:

    • Cancel 7+ days before the course start: full refund.

    • Cancel within 7 days of start: 50% refund, or a free transfer to the next cohort if available.

    • After the course starts: refunds are pro-rata based on remaining sessions, excluding materials already accessed.

  • 1:1 sessions:

    • Reschedule or cancel 24+ hours before: full refund or free reschedule.

    • Under 24 hours: 50% fee may apply. No-shows are non-refundable.

3) Non-refundable items/fees

  • Completed sessions already delivered.

  • Certificates/assessment fees once issued.

  • Third-party platform fees we cannot recover.

  • Discounted bundles where substantial content has been accessed.

4) How to cancel

Email support@globalcommunicationlink.com with:

  • Order reference, purchaser name, email used, and what you wish to cancel.

  • If within 14 days, please say “Cooling-off cancellation”.

Model cancellation form (optional):
“I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for [course/service], ordered on [date], name [your name], email [your email].”

5) Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days (processing times depend on your bank/payment provider).

6) Faults or issues

If you experience a technical or content issue, contact us promptly. We will repair, replace, or refund where required by consumer law.
